| Last Time Buy was a statement by Elitecore Technologies that it was discontinuing Sale of Cyberoam Software Version 5.x.x.x, 6.x.x.x, 7.x.x.x products. |

| Maintenance Mode |
| Maintenance Mode began immediately after the Last Time Buy phase. During Maintenance Mode, the product is not available for purchase from Elitecore Technologies. Products purchased prior to Maintenance Mode period are covered by Cyberoam standard warranties. While in this phase, Channel partners were able to place their last stocking orders for Software Version 7.x.x.x. |

| End of Life |
| End of Life is a statement by Elitecore Technologies that it is no longer offering the Cyberoam Software product and it will not provide warranty services, updates, or upgrades, technical support after this date for Software Version 5.x.x.x, 6.x.x.x, 7.x.x.x products. Cyberoam will continue to provide maintenance support to existing Software Version products that are under warranty or under a valid support contract purchased prior to Maintenance phase start date. |

| At the end of this phase, product information of Software Version 5.x.x.x, 6.x.x.x, 7.x.x.x will be removed from Cyberoam Web site including datasheets, collateral, etc. |

| Software Version to 9.x CRi Appliances Upgrade Programs |
| Cyberoam will assist customers who have the Software version of Cyberoam to transition to Cyberoam CRi Appliances products through upgrade incentives and programs. Please contact your Cyberoam sales representative for assistance with such programs. |
