Cyberoam scans incoming and outgoing HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP3 and SMTP traffic, blocking malicious programs at the entry. This offers enormous business flexibility for the enterprises and reduces expenses related to network clean-up and network downtime.

	Email Anti-Virus
	Cyberoam’s gateway e-mail anti-virus offers the fastest response to the ever evolving Internet threats. It automatically detects, tags, deletes or quarantines spam mails and offers protection to SMTP, IMAP and POP3 traffic. The gateway e-mail anti-virus can mark copies of the mails to superiors and analyze large messages at high speed with throughput which can reach up to 90 Mbps in addition to blocking mails by file types. Cyberoam’s gateway e-mail anti-virus adds disclaimers or signatures to every mail going through the enterprise gateway. This disclaimer or signature can be customized for company-specific information.

	User Identity
	The user identity feature of Cyberoam allows administrators to set differential scanning policies that customize scanning based on individual business requirements. Lenient and strict policies can be enforced based on user profiles. It also offers a Self-Service Quarantine Area to key individuals, allowing them to check their quarantined mails. This prevents loss of key mails addressed to individuals while reducing load on the network administrator in searching for missing mails.
