| Cyberoam appoints Joshua Block as Vice President, North American Operations |

| Cyberoam, a division of Elitecore Technologies and the leading innovator of identity-based unified threat management (UTM) solutions, today announces that security industry veteran Joshua Block has been named vice president, North American operations. Block will leverage more than eighteen years of experience to drive the strategy and overall North American growth of Cyberoam, while overseeing all North American daily operations from the Company’s headquarters recently opened in Newburyport, Massachusetts. |

| Prior to joining Cyberoam, Block was the vice president of global sales for eIQnetworks where he developed strategic sales and channel sales goals, while building a sales team from the ground up to drive sales for its Security Information and Event Management Solutions – ultimately achieving 70 percent year-over-year revenue growth. |

| Previously, Block was senior sales director at Fortinet, where he was responsible for the development and growth of channel partners, creating and executing marketing programs, targeting, soliciting and engaging large corporate enterprise accounts, as well as aligning partnerships with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). Under Block’s direction, his team was able to generate more than $27 million in revenue. He has also held director and executive-level positions at NetScreen Technologies (prior to its acquisition by Juniper Networks) and XML Solution (prior to its acquisition by Vitria). |
